Budget Payment Plan

The cooperative offers a budget payment plan to its residential members that provides a method of levelizing the bill for utility service.  The plan is available to all residential members who are then either current in payments for electric service or who have entered into and are complying with a settlement agreement or installment agreement at any time of the year, without regard to the member's lenght of service with the Cooperative.  The plan allows the member to make eleven (11) equal monthly payments with the twelfth month being a settlement amount.  If a member on Budget Payment Plan becomes chronically delinquent, the Cooperative may remove that member from the plan and withhold the plan from that member for up to twelve (12) succeeding months.  The member may withdraw from the plan at any time with the mutual consent of the Cooperative.  To apply for the Budget Payment Plan, print and complete the BUDGET PAYMENT FORM (pdf format) and return it to us by mail, fax, email, or drop it off at our office.  A representative will contact you to complete the application process.
