Sierra Electric Cooperative, Inc. is a rural electric cooperative subject to the general jurisdiction of the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission (NMPRC).  Residential customers have a right to information that summarizes the rights and responsibilities of the utility and its residential customers in accordance with 17.5.410 NMAC.  If you need further information that is not outlined on this website, please contact our office during normal business hours.

Any customer who is unable to resolve a dispute with the Cooperative has the right to file an informal or formal complaint with the NMPRC by contacting them at:
