The conference is available to 4th - 12th grade teachers in the Sierra Electric service territory. It is an interactive three-day workshop held at Tri-State headquarters in Westminster, Colorado every summer. Conference, lodging and most transportation expenses are covered for teachers and they receive a free energy teaching kit valued at approximately $300.
