The Cooperative offers a budget payment plan to its residential members that provides a method of levelizing the bill for utility service.
The Budget Payment Plan is available to all residential members who are either current in payments or who have entered into and are complying with a payment agreement at any time of the year, without regard to the member's length of service. The plan allows the member to make eleven (11) equal monthly payments with the twelfth month being a settlement amount.
