At this time, Sierra Electric does not have online outage reporting.  Please call 1-888-336-3380 to report an outage. Please have the following information available:

• Name on the account

• Account number

• Property address/physical location

• Meter number

All of this information is on your bill statement. To be prepared, it is a good idea to keep a copy of your bill statement near you while reporting an outage. It is recommended to notify the customer service representative if you have medical equipment that requires electricity.
