We understand that many of our members experience financial hardships. We encourage all of our members to contact us in office, by phone or e-mail to discuss their individual circumstances to find out what options are available to them any time they are experiencing difficulty paying their bill. Members should make sure we have the most up to date contact information on their account.
Residential members who may qualify should visit the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program to apply for assistance.
