Stopping Service

We require members to contact us by phone to stop service.  We will need to verify identity and obtain information, such as a bill forwarding address, and discuss possible fees, deposit refund, etc.

To expedite the process, you may submit information online; this submission is delivered to our e-mail at sierra@secpower.com.  Our e-mail is not monitored 24/7; requests to disconnect service must be made by telephone to guarantee stop of service.

Service may not be disconnected until a customer service representative has been able to reach the customer to verify requirements are met.
