In accordance with the By-Laws, and to provide candidates for consideration for the position of Board Trustee at Sierra Electric Cooperative, Inc.’s 2025 Annual Meeting, the Board of Trustees appointed certain individuals to serve on the Committee on Nominations as follows:

The 2025 Annual Meeting of the Members will be held on Tuesday, April 8th at the Truth or Consequences Civic Center. Registration opens at 10:30 a.m. A BBQ meal will be served at 11:30 a.m. and the Business Meeting will start at 12:30 p.m. Your Official Notice of the meeting will be mailed in March.
At this meeting, elections will be held for three positions with three-year terms on the Board of Trustees for Sierra Electric Cooperative, Inc.
The following are the open positions with incumbents up for election with a three-year term:
District 2: Paul Scott
District 2: Warren Strong
District 3: Darryl Sullivan
